Sanctuary Lake and Sculpture - Armadale Road, Armadale

Within a fountain, a life-size bronze sculpture of an Italian immigrant couple and their three children is surrounded by lawn, landscaped gardens, trees, and lots of seating to rest. Backed by a row of Olive trees, the scupture is a personal homage to the accomplishments and contribution of Italian settlers in the area. Take the path next to the sculpture to Sanctuary Lake, a fully enclosed waterway with an island bird sanctuary, the waterway is surrounded by lawn, walking paths and seats making it easy to enjoy protected wildlife.
